A bundle of joy who will run upto you, stand right in front of you with his hands clasped & smile till you give him the biggest hug possible. With a lisp that is as cute as ever, he is one of the smartest kids at the Govt Home. Though he suffers from epileptic fits, we still have no idea why his family admitted him to the Home.
Smile and wave! That was his signature move. Though most people would refer to him as 'the kid with big head', I always knew him as the kid with the big heart. Born with a condition called macrocephaly, which can lead to mental retardation, the odds were always stacked against Oonda. Yet through all that he suffered, he was always full of love and laughter and never complained about his situation. Oonda died in early 2010, but I do know that today more than ever, he looks down on us and continues to 'smile and wave!'
The little entertainer! With a 1000 watt smile and Govinda like dance moves, you can't help but fall in love with Kiran. His tiny frame and skinny legs belie the joy that is hidden within him. Just play a tune and you will never imagine how this little fellow can move! He inspires me to one day want to dance! =)
